Ramadhan month is here! We have featured Hawker's Delight Sunday Buffet and BBQ Buffet Dinner at Gaya's Beachside Bar & Restaurant from Rainbow Paradise Beach Resort in previous articles. Needless to say, their Ramadhan buffet is one which I look forward to in this Ramadhan month. Let me share with you the highlights and get ready to feast your eyes with mouth-watering Ramadhan BBQ dishes!
Rainbow Paradise Beach Resort is having Ramadhan BBQ Buffet Dinner happening on every Friday and Saturday starting from 19th June till 11th July 2015. The Ramadhan BBQ buffet is priced at only RM79.50 (Adult), RM40.50 (Child) and RM53.00 (Senior Citizen - Age 60 and above). We are very excited to try the Ramadhan BBQ Buffet Dinner because of the wide selections of freshly-grilled meat that are part of the Ramadhan lineup. Besides, the lovely staff of Gaya's always made us felt welcome from the moment we walked through the entrance.

Breathtaking view and great atmosphere all-in-all! We are here ready for a weekend Ramadhan buffet dinner by scenic views of Tanjung Bungah beach. The Ramadhan buffet spread showcases all their signature dishes including Otak-otak, Sausage Cocktail, Thai Basil Beef Balls, Seafood Au Gratin and many many more. Gaya's talented chefs have prepared a wide selection of dishes and a succulent BBQ selections to tempt your palate.
To complement the Ramadan buffet, Rainbow Paradise Beach Resort has included old favorites such as chicken shawarma and grilled meat. Love the shawarma to the max at the stall that evening! The shawarma uses Arabic wrapping-style of shaved/sliced chicken with a mixture of vegetables such as onion, cucumber and tomato. We instantly fell in love with the cuisine!
The Ramadan BBQ Buffet is indeed plentiful to choose including chicken pandan, fish, blanched siew pak choy with oyster sauce, chinese fried rice or bubur lambuk.
The Chilli Crab (辣椒螃蟹) is definitely a must try! It is one of our ultimate favorite and it is so flavorful! The variety is even more when we arrived at the grilled station including tantalizing aroma of fresh ingredients like grilled sausages, steaks, fish, chicken, lamp chop and many more flavorful grilled dishes. The live grilled station is one of the busiest station of the Ramadhan buffet. Highly recommended!

The live action cooking stations (Penang mamak mee goreng, Korean Chicken Bulgogi) were one of the main stars here during Ramadhan Buffet.
Be sure to end your meal with an assortments of refreshing beverages and sweet desserts. Ice-kacang station and refreshing ice-cream! How can we resist this!?
Head towards the ice-kacang station if you prefer and icy local treat to end your meal! We kept on seeing guests running to and fro between the ice-kacang station and their tables.
Overall, the guests whom we met were pleased and impressed with the variety of food that evening - quality and quantity. This Ramadhan BBQ Buffet is definitely worth the money spent with the incredible selection of food served. It was one of our best feasts ever!
