Each of the hotel rooms are contemporary designed with lime-yellow fittings to make the guest's stay memorable. Each room is blended with heritage-designed painting mounted on the wall depicting the unique location of Penang (e.g. Penang Free School founded in 1816, Penang Hill 830 metre, Botanical Garden, 1884).

Guests who check-in to their room will receive welcome drinks, lollipop candies with a welcoming note on the bed. The welcome note is a handwritten note reflecting a warm welcome gesture by the GLOW. Superb!

GLOW rooms are spacious and fairly big, with comfortable bed and clean bed-sheet. Each room is filled with coffee/tea making items too! The bathroom is clean and equipped with good shower head.
