Penang Times Square (PTS) is one of Penang's shopping mall with combinations of retail outlets, department stores, food gallery and the famous Soju Club for Penang clubbers. Penang Times Square is developed by the Ivory Properties Group which comprises of commercial as well as residential development located near to the iconic Kompleks Tun Abdul Razak (KOMTAR). The Penang Times Square is based on an urban village in a city centre concept with integration of residential project solely developed by Ivory Properties Group. The residential project includes the completed Phase 1 - Birch The Plaza, Phase 2 - Birch Regency and the ongoing Phase 3 - The Wave. 

Located at the Level 1 of Penang Times Square is the food court called Food Gallery, offering all range of delectable delights with pocket friendly price. Customers who visit Penang Times Square are able to park their car at the Basement car park, CHIN HO car park and the Multi-Level car park which provide ample of parking spaces.

For McDonald's lovers, you can head down to the McD or Mc Café at the Birch House right beside the Penang Times Square which operates 24 hours. The Birch House 1908 is a heritage building built by Lee Chin Ho (a wealthy chinese tin miner) in 1908 along Dato Keramat Road. The Birch House was built to serve as the office for Eastern Smelting in expanding the smelting businesses. The Birch House has been retained as McDonald since 2014 and has become the starting point of Penang Star Walk which is an event organized yearly covering a 7km route that spans across Georgetown. Penang Times Square is also within walking distance to KOMTAR and the nearest bus stop can been seen steps away located in front of The Birch House which receive rapid bus number 10, 11, 102, 201, 202, 203, 204, 206, 301, 304, and 502.

• RM1.00 for subsequent hour

• RM10.00 per entry

• RM2.00 for first 2 hours
• RM1.00 for subsequent hour
